I am currently working on the implementation of the document builder ,But i can't find out how to define external variable.
Basically, i'm looking to configure the document builder with the SAP SRM ,the configuration is done without the PPS.
Can anyone please tell me how to ensure the mapping and how to define external variables.

I'm working on Process Controlled Workflow in SRM 7.0.
I want to activate the Adhoc reviewer for N-level Spending limit Shopping Cart workflow.
In the Process Schema in Reviewer step, i added RV_Employee as rule and task id as 400007945(Review document).
When i create a SC by adding Adhoc reviewers manually and order the Shopping Cart.
The Shopping Cart triggers workitem for Approvers and Reviewers Inbox.
But when the Reviewer executes the workitem(submits) , I get a message Shopping Cart is successfully ordered but i can see there is a workitem triggered to the revierws inbox again.
I checked the workflow logs which displays that a workitem is triggered to the same reviewer even after completion of the workflow step.
Once the SC is approved by approvers, the workitem at reviewers inbox gets logically deleted.
Please guide me how to solve this issue.

Hi All,
We are migrating from ACW to PCW.
There is one specific requirement where we have to trigger workflow again.This is for business object confirmation(BUS2203).
I was able to restart the workflow using class /SAPSRM/CL_WF_ADV_FACADE(CANCEL_PROCESS_FOR_RESTART,START_PROCESS methods).But the first process level is not executed.it just stops with the process schema evalution.it did not go further.
When I check in SLG1,There is no entry for process level.it is just till the schema determination.
I was also going through SAP notes and 1575495 - Restart of WF processes says it is possible only to restart where document is in awaiting approval status.Is this for sure?
Any ideas to proceed?

My case is we need a type of RFx that will not sent to selected vendor after we publish the RFx. The choosen vendor in RFx wont be able to see the RFx in their page. The bid will be surrogated by purchaser.

Hi,
I executed the tcode OAC0 (Content repositry details). In this tcode we maintain link for the content repository. We are using content server (IXOS). When I click on CSADMIN button on OAC0 screen it throws an error "HTTP error: 501 Not implemented The adminContRep command is an internal SAP R/3 Command and not accepted by this content repository".
Can anyone please let me know why we are getting this error.

We are facing a problem with the Process controlled workflows when we try to REJECT shopping cart in Detail mode. It is working fine if we select the item from the inbox and click REJECT.

Hi All,
I have created Process Controlled workflow in for 2level PO workflow(used /SAPSRM/BD_WF_RESP_RESOLVER badi for agent determination).
This is working fine if APPROVE/REJECT from inbox by selecting the item, but throwing PD error as "An error occured in PD layer and Transaction terminated" when we go in DETAIL mode and APPROVE/REJECT.
Please help!

I implemented Validate_Restart method of badi /SAPSRM/BD_WF_PROCESS_RESTART, but before this is getting triggered the Dump popped up as above.

when user approves/reject a SC/PO through offline mail approval (Offline mail approval" is a standard workflow scenario in SRM) in my SRM system, document is getting approved with communication user (for eg: wf_batch) instead of real user who approved or rejected and notification is sent to real user back with incorrect mail data i.e "cart number XXXX is approved by wf_batch" which is incorrect.and we are unable to replicate this as this issue is happening rarely in our PROD env.
Could you please share inputs on this?
what might be the issue and how to resolve this?.
note: for above scenario, after user approves ,when i check approval information under approval tab i can see wf_batch as approver.

If in a org structure , 2 approvers are there at one level.
then on what it will be picked the approver ?
No condition is maitained means no difference in both the approvers.

Dear Experts,
SRM & SLC Contact Person SU01-User ID to Contact Person BP linking Issue
We have implemented SLC on SRM, with Sell Side & Buy Side on same server but different clients. With Buy Side on same client as SRM.
We have a scenario in SLC where upon registration approval, the Admin Account is created with a supplier User ID/Alias at sell side.
As soon as the Bidder checkbox is clicked at Buy Side, the above supplier BP and the Admin Contact Person User's BP details are transferred and synced between Sell Side and Buy Side as seen in Vendor Orgs.
Issue: Only Issue we see is SLC sell side Contact Person User IDs created are not transferred into Buy Side and so Admin Contact Person only BP is present and linked to supplier BP at Buy Side Vendor Org BUT the User ID created in Sell Side (SU01) is neither replicated to Buy Side nor any relation is setup between Admin Contact Person BP and Admin Contact Person User ID.
And because of this, if this Contact Person is added as Bidder in any RFX, he will not be able to submit RFX response as his actual User ID is not present in Buy Side.
We analyzed a lot, and thought that in this case - business impact for this scenario/issue can be handled if we have a standard BAPI/FM which can attach a SU01-User ID to already existing BP number, as Contact Person's BP number is already present/mapped in Buy Side Vendor Org. Only User ID to be fetched from Sell Side and linked to Contact Person's BP.
Any help/expert suggestion in this regard, will be highly appreciable.

When I add one more additional number in PPOMA_BBP by going into specific user attributes, existing delivery address numbers will auto disappears and added number only displays in Excluded and Inherited fields in grayed out mode and only default field appears either to tick or untick. Could any one help out how to retain the existing ones and to add new delivery address? ASAP is appreciated please.

For creating a supplier from a user registration I used BADI /SRMSMC/BD_SUPPLIER_CREATE with method /SRMSMC/IF_BD_SUPPLIER_CREATE~SUPPLIER_CREATE in this method I used BAPI BUPA_TAX_ADD for creating tax numbers for business partner. On buy-side BP created succsessfully tax numbers added. But on sell-side FM return error message BUPA_TAX 200. But in table DFKKBPTAXNUM duplicate records is missing. This error does not always repeat. I may need to call a function in a different method?

I written code one error message in badi (HRHAP00_VAL_DET)(in R/3) like ""message e012(zhr)."".
where as 'e' stands for error,'012' stands for message number and 'zhr' stands for message id .
It is working fine in the R/3 and it is not working in the Portal. Please suggest me with code how can i through
this message to portal from R/3. And suggest me there is any Function module for the same.
